I'm so glad it's Friday. I just got back from work actually. I went to the Miamisburg office because all the routes were covered here in Xenia. I didn't mind it really. I get paid for the time I left my house to the time I walked in my door. I also get reimbursed for mileage for the whole trip. I only had like a two hour route, but with gas and everything I made like eighty bucks. I just walked this one main street downtown. It was really easy, most of the meters were one the side of the houses and there were hardly any dogs.
This whole working seven days a week thing is starting to get to me. It's just so exhausting. I get up during the week, go to work, get home, rest, go to class till about 9:30, then start all over the next day. Then on weekends I work about 15 hours. I really like working at DP&L because it doesn't take up my whole day and I can pretty much go in any time as long as I get done. Since it's summer I usually get in there by eight so I have the rest of the day to do whatever. I do have class three nights a week now. Not really looking forward to that. The science classes are anything but enjoyable, and the labs are pretty much pointless. My grade for my stat class hasn't been posted yet. Hoping for a B which I think is realistic. I did good on all the homework, got an 89 on the first exam, a __ on the second exam, and I don't think I did too bad on the final.
Oh, and I got a letter in the mail the other day about my scholarship from Wright State. They paid half of my tuition becuase I was valedictorian and the JAF scholarship paid the rest. They said it had been suspended because I didn't complete 45 hours this past school year. My mom said one of my doctors contacted the school about what had happened. It was the weekend after A term and the weekend before B term. So I missed the second term. Anyways, the JAF scholarship will still pay my whole tuition, but I probably will still appeal it because I feel I still deserve it.
So, tonight me and Kami are going to Young's Dairy. We went there on our second date, the day before my accident, and played some putt putt, ate ice cream and all that good stuff. We have been there since, and she claims to have beaten my three times at putt putt. I say maybe two (due to luck) and the third one can be disputed becuause Joey had the score card and said she didn't win, but she still claims she did. Anyways, I am a bit competitive. We haven't played since like September, and I just feel like there is a lot on the line tonight...ha. I'm a little nervous because I know if she wins I will never hear the end of it. We will see how it goes. I'll probably hit some golf balls on the driving range. I really wish I was good at golf. I desperately need a new hobby.

First Post!!
This is officially my first post. Most of these will probably be rather boring. I have read blogs of sportswriters and comedians, Mike Birbiglia (birbigs.com=hilarious!), and thought to myself, "I should give it a shot." Mine of course will be of no comparison, but I thought it would be a good way to express my feelings and gather some of my thoughts. I actually had a Xanga which is a blog i guess, but the last time I posted to that was definitely before I graduated high school.
I recently took on the task of reading through the Bible in one year, 'The Daily Message' by Eugene H. Patterson. It is truly a good book. This blog might be a good thing because I can post my thoughts on the readings and look back at them whenever I want. The book is translated very well and the daily readings are not that long. Usually two or three chapters a day only takes me twenty minutes. It is compiled so you only have to read six days a week to finish in one year. That is encouraging to me because I can miss 52 readings and still finish on time!
I finished my statistics class tonight! I'm not sure I did too well, but it usually turns out better than I think. I should pull of a B in the class. Unfortunatlely I start another class next week, Elementary Organic Chemistry, fun fun. I should have finished my gen eds first, but I thought I would be cool and take some upper level classes my first two years. Well, it is getting late or I would ramble on some more.
